How Precision Lab Panels Works

Step 1

Pick an individual lab test or create a custom panel

Choose our precisionist team’s comprehensive lab panel

The Quest Test Code for each lab is indicated next to the name. Please visit Quest Test Directory to learn more about the tests

 

Step 2

Fill out and submit the “Lab Panels Inquiry”. You will then receive an email in 3-5 business days with your Quest lab requisition and next steps.

*Please note your Quest lab requisition will expire 6 months after the date it is emailed*

 

 

Step 3

Schedule your Quest lab appointment at questdiagnostics.com

  • Click “Get Tested” tab
  • Select “Make, change, or cancel appointment”
  • Click “Schedule appointment”
  • Select “continue as a guest” on pop-up (even if you have a Quest account) and click “All other tests”
  • Schedule an appointment near you, searching by zip code
  • Choose date and time, enter demographics and contact info
  • Under “Insurance” select “The person being tested will bring it to the appointment”
  • Review details and click “Schedule Appointment”

Things to know before your Quest lab appointment

  • Fast from food and drink  for 8-12 hours before draw

  • Hormone labs should be drawn between 7am-9am

Step 4

  • Print lab requisition and attend Quest lab appointment
  • Create a Quest Account to retrieve your results
  • Final lab results will take up to 2 weeks to receive
  • Review your results with your doctor
  • Track and trend your targeted health interventions with data
